Yes, I would re-do the headshot, just in case. You would hate it if you didn’t get the part in whatever you are trying out for because of a picture.

Yes! Any experience doing anything related to dance or being a good person is helpful. When I tried out for my performing arts school for dance, I noted that I was in a musical as a dancer (they just had me and my friend do it and she got into the performing arts school too!), and the people in the interview were really impressed lol. So, yes, note EVERYTHING extracurricular or dance/show related.
