Fashion tips and most of you are gonna say fashion doesent matter but it does please help!
were do I shop?
what do I do?
1.) Stay away from drama, it’s just not worth it.
2.) Don’t get so caught up in the whole labels thing… just be yourself.
3.) Having a boyfriend isn’t that big of a deal. When I was in middle school, I was so self conscious because every other girl had a boyfriend and I didn’t. Well, guess what? Now I have a boyfriend, and it’s not nearly as fabulous as I thought it would be.
I’m not saying avoid guys all together… but don’t be too worried about them.
4.) Doing your homework is great practice for high school and all… but don’t get to worried about grades because until high school starts, they don’t even matter!
(except for maybe in math… because that kind of determines what math class you’ll be in once high school starts, but other than that…)
5.) Don’t let people step all over you. I’m not saying you have to be uber snobby or agressive or anything, but don’t take other people’s ****, either. If you let people take advantage now, it’s going to be a lot harder to change in the future.
6.) Clothes: Uumm… I don’t really know what to tell you. Just wear stuff that you like, but DON’T dress in wayyy to tight Hollister shirts and jeans down to your butt crack with your thong sticking out because you think it you make you look more “cool” or because it will make it like the “popular” girls.
It won’t. It will just make you look like a mini- slut.
(note: Nothing against thongs or anything, just don’t show them! Also, nothing against Hollister clothes, just make sure they FIT!)
Make-up: Wear JUST A LITTLE foundation, some lipgloss, and maybe a little mascara. DO NOT GO MAKE-UP HAPPY and be like one of those girls that cakes on three thousand pounds of foundation and bronzer, along with a three inch thick line of black eyeliner. It’s not cute, it’s disgusting and trashy!
7.) Don’t let teachers intimidate you by telling you how “tough” high school is, because they’re just full of crap.
And uh… that’s it =P
Ooohhh and don’t be one of those kids that insists on taking a bunch of pictures down their shirts and posting them on Myspace! Nobody wants to see your underdeveloped body all over the internet! (umm… no effense)
Also, it’s good to have your group of friends and everything, but don’t get TOO attached, because that’s the time where a lot of people you THOUGHT were your friends will end up leaving you or betraying you, so you’ll have to learn to be able to make it on your own, and sooner or later on you’ll discover who your TRUE friends are!
Haha sorry… that was a biggg run-on sentence! =P
…………………
Fly under the radar and you should be fine. Lay low and study hard. If you start the year off by doing good on homework assignments and being reliable, your teachers will go easier on you in the months that follow. Work hard in the beginning, and the rest will not exactly easy, but manageable. Remember, whatever happens now will not mark you for the future. Don’t take things so seriously and you will have fun.
When I was in jr high, it seemed like everyone had their own agenda to push on you.
…………..
I have a lot:
-Don’t ***** around with school work get EVERYTHING done.
-Actually pay attention instead of daydreaming
-If you have an oral report on a book actually read the book instead of going online hoping to find something then you don’t.
-Avoid drama at all costs
-Don’t experiment with drugs,cigarettes,or alchol
-Don’t be mean to other people
-Do homework.
-Actually care…
-Do not procrastinate
-Don’t have an attitude towards teachers.
-Never Ever EVER leave your friends…don’t ditch the friends you had in elementary for the middle school people.
If there is more I think of i will add.
